Option 1: Delete your account in the app (recommended)

If you can access the HUANPOL app, you can delete your account directly:

Open HUANPOL and sign in.
Go to My Account.
Scroll to DANGER ZONE.
Tap Delete My Account and confirm.

Note: This action is irreversible. For security, the app may ask you to confirm your identity.

Option 2: Email request (if you cannot access the app)

If you cannot sign in to the app, please send an email:

To: trebuh23@gmail.com
Subject: HUANPOL — Delete account request
Message: include the account email address and a short request: “Please delete my account and associated data.”

Typical processing time: up to 30 days.

What data is deleted

Your login account and associated profile data.
Account-related data that is not required to be retained for legal reasons.

Possible exceptions: some data may be retained if required by law or for accounting/record‑keeping (for example, transaction/order records). If this applies to your account, such data will be stored only as long as necessary.
