This Privacy Policy explains how Hubert Worsztynowicz (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use HUANPOL (the “App”).

Depending on the features you use, we may process the following categories of data:
- Account data (e.g., email address and authentication identifiers) if the App supports sign-in.
- App content you create (e.g., products, labels, settings, messages or submissions you enter in the App).
- Device & technical data (e.g., device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone, approximate region, and identifiers used for fraud prevention / license enforcement such as a device-generated ID).
- Diagnostics (e.g., crash reports, performance data, and error logs).
- Usage data (e.g., screens viewed, basic feature usage events) if analytics is enabled.
- Payments and subscriptions handled by Google Play Billing (we receive purchase status/entitlement and order-related metadata; we do not receive your full payment card details).
2) How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the App (including syncing your data and enabling features you request).
- To authenticate users and protect accounts.
- To prevent abuse, enforce license limits, and maintain security.
- To troubleshoot bugs and improve reliability (crash/diagnostic analysis).
- To communicate with you about support requests or important service notices.
- To manage purchases/subscriptions and provide the purchased entitlements.
3) Legal bases (UK GDPR / GDPR)
Where applicable, we rely on one or more of these legal bases: contract performance (providing the App), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), consent (where required for analytics/marketing), and legal obligations (e.g., tax/accounting requirements for purchases).
4) Sharing and third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as needed to run the App, including with:
- Google Firebase (e.g., Authentication, Firestore/Database, Cloud Functions, Crashlytics, Analytics — depending on what is enabled).
- Google Play for billing/subscriptions (purchase verification and entitlement management).
- Service providers that host or process data on our behalf (only under appropriate safeguards).
- Legal / safety: if required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud/abuse.

5) Data retention
We retain data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining your account, providing the service, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with legal obligations. You can request deletion (see “Your rights”).
6) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information (e.g., access controls and secure storage). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond to incidents appropriately.
7) International transfers
Our service providers (including Google) may process data on servers outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and other lawful transfer mechanisms.
8) Children’s privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request deletion.
9) Your rights (UK / EEA)
